This ~8,000 SF single-family residence in Arcadia is tailored for a large family aiming to maximize their property’s potential. The design features eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a striking double-height living room, complemented by a 1,000 SF ADU. To balance the project's substantial scale with the owner's budget, a minimalist modern approach was adopted, delivering a solution that seamlessly blends functionality with refined elegance.
